Shipping Manager – Offshore Operations (Barge & Vessel Handling), Goa

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and Marine Engineering, Nautical Science, Logistics, or a related field.

We are looking for candidates based in Goa.

To oversee and manage all shipping, barge, and vessel operations for the company, ensuring efficient, safe, and cost-effective marine logistics.

The role involves coordination between port authorities, vessel agents, cargo teams, and offshore personnel to ensure timely loading, unloading, and movement of materials and products.

Maintain and update vessel certification and insurance records.

Liaise with port authorities, charterers, agents, and other stakeholders for smooth marine operations.

Coordinate between marine, logistics, and production teams for cargo readiness and vessel scheduling.

Handle documentation related to vessel clearance, customs, port formalities, and chartering.
