Job Opening: Shipping Officer (Night Shift) – Sharjah, UAE

We are seeking a Shipping Officer to join our logistics operations in Sharjah. This role is key to managing and coordinating vehicle export shipments, ensuring smooth execution from planning to loading.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor the Transportation Management System (TMS) daily to identify vehicles ready for shipment.
• Prepare and issue detailed load plans for outbound vehicles.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to execute load plans and supervise the loading process to ensure vehicles are loaded accurately and as per plan.
• Liaise with freight forwarding and shipping agents to arrange ocean shipments.
• Track and report to management on delayed or pending vehicles regularly.
• Ensure all documentation and shipment schedules meet operational and compliance standards.

Requirements:

• Strong command of English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Prior experience in ocean shipping or export logistics is a must.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under tight timelines.
• Night shift position based in Sharjah, UAE.
