Park Regis Business Bay Hotel is located in the heart of Dubai’s vibrant Business Bay district. To support our ongoing commitment to high standards, we are seeking a skilled and proactive Shisha Maker to join our Food & Beverage team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of shisha flavours while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Customize shisha based on guest preferences including mix flavours and tobacco strength.
• Monitor burning levels and ensure a consistent smooth smoking experience for guests.
• Welcome guests warmly and provide expert flavour recommendations.
• Respond to guest queries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Clean and sanitize all shisha equipment, mouthpieces, and hoses after each use.
• Ensure shisha devices are functioning properly; report repair/maintenance needs.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the preparation area in line with safety regulations.
• Comply with UAE laws and hotel policies related to tobacco handling and age restrictions.
• Coordinate with service staff to ensure timely delivery of shisha orders.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of shisha preparation and equipment handling.
• Customer-service driven with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be currently in Dubai & available to join immediately.

Monthly Salary and Benefits:

· AED 2,500 – AED 3000 (all-inclusive)
