Shisha/Hookah Server

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and knowledgeable Shisha Crew to join our vibrant beach lounge at the heart of the JBR(Dubai). The Shisha Crew Member will be responsible for preparing, setting up, maintaining, and serving shisha to guests in a safe, clean, and friendly manner. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in flavors, hygiene standards, and guest interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve high-quality shisha according to guest preferences.
• Offer guidance and recommend flavors or mixes based on guest preferences.
• Set up, clean, and maintain shisha equipment before, during, and after use.
• Ensure proper hygiene and safety procedures when handling coals and equipment.
• Replace charcoal regularly and refresh shisha as needed throughout guest experience.
• Monitor tables to ensure guests are satisfied and proactively offer service.
• Report equipment damage or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
• Support the lounge team with additional duties when required.
• Comply with all health, safety, and fire regulations related to shisha service.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Shisha Attendant or in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of various shisha flavors and mixing techniques.
• Familiarity with charcoal handling and shisha hygiene protocols.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable, polite, and guest-oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced lounge or outdoor environment.
