Shoe & Bag Restauration Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations & Service Quality
• Supervise daily operations of the shoe and bag restoration department.
• Ensure restoration services meet the highest quality standards.
• Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for efficiency and consistency.
• Sales & Business Development
• Drive revenue through customer acquisition, upselling, and service diversification.
• Develop strategies to expand the customer base, including luxury retail partnerships.
• Monitor competitors and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
• Customer Experience
• Ensure exceptional customer service and handle escalated client issues.
• Maintain strong relationships with VIP and repeat customers.
• Gather feedback and implement service improvements.
• Financial & Resource Management
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
• Monitor costs, pricing, and profitability of services.
• Optimize inventory and sourcing of restoration materials.
• Team Leadership
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of restoration technicians and support staff.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for skill development.
• Promote a culture of craftsmanship, accountability, and excellence.
• Innovation & Branding
• Introduce new restoration techniques and service offerings.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote the brand through campaigns and events.
• Ensure the division aligns with the company’s premium image and standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in luxury goods restoration, retail management, or a related field.
• Strong background in operations, sales, or customer service.
• Knowledge of leather care, shoe and bag restoration processes (Must).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build partnerships with luxury brands and suppliers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Management, or related field (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
