Key Responsibilities:
- Operations & Service Quality
- Supervise daily operations of the shoe and bag restoration department.
- Ensure restoration services meet the highest quality standards.
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for efficiency and consistency.
- Sales & Business Development
- Drive revenue through customer acquisition, upselling, and service diversification.
- Develop strategies to expand the customer base, including luxury retail partnerships.
- Monitor competitors and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Customer Experience
- Ensure exceptional customer service and handle escalated client issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with VIP and repeat customers.
- Gather feedback and implement service improvements.
- Financial & Resource Management
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Monitor costs, pricing, and profitability of services.
- Optimize inventory and sourcing of restoration materials.
- Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of restoration technicians and support staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for skill development.
- Promote a culture of craftsmanship, accountability, and excellence.
- Innovation & Branding
- Introduce new restoration techniques and service offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing to promote the brand through campaigns and events.
- Ensure the division aligns with the company’s premium image and standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in luxury goods restoration, retail management, or a related field.
- Strong background in operations, sales, or customer service.
- Knowledge of leather care, shoe and bag restoration processes (Must).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build partnerships with luxury brands and suppliers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Management, or related field (preferred).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
