What you'll do
Commercial & Analytical Competencies

Strong commercial acumen to manage category revenue, profit margins, and subsidy rates

Ability to make data-driven decisions for pricing, discounting, campaign, and commission optimization

Conduct seller- and product-level performance analyses to support category growth strategies

Perform competitive analysis to develop pricing and assortment strategies
Operational Planning & Execution

Plan and execute category-specific campaign periods (seasonal sales, outlet periods, special days, “Shoe Week,” etc.)

Support seller onboarding processes to expand the category with new brands and products
Seller Management & Communication

Develop the existing seller portfolio to increase revenue and product variety per seller

Manage commercial negotiations, campaign setups, and discount processes with strong persuasive communication

Monitor seller performance using objective KPIs (GMV, sales rate, cancellation rate, subsidy profitability, etc.)
Category Strategy & Trend Tracking

Closely follow footwear industry trends in fashion, pricing, branding, and seasonality

Identify growth opportunities within the category and provide insights and recommendations to the Category Manager
Teamwork & Reporting

Work closely with the Category Manager to proactively support the achievement of category targets

Build cross-functional collaboration with marketing, campaign, finance, and product teams

Prepare regular category performance reports and support management presentations
Who you are

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in category management, commercial operations, or seller management (preferably in the fashion/footwear segment)

Strong skills in Excel, data analysis, and reporting

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment

A balanced profile combining analytical thinking with strong communication skills

Curious about e-commerce trends, open to learning and continuous improvement

Previous experience working with an e-commerce platform

Familiarity with the n11 ecosystem, including campaign calendars and seller panel dynamics

An analytical mindset capable of contributing to category revenue optimization, seller segmentation, and subsidy decision frameworks
