Shop administrative Assistant

We are looking for an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our unique retail destination in the UAE, which brings together a premium flower shop, specialty café, and curated concept store under one roof.

In this role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support across all three business areas, helping ensure smooth coordination between teams and an exceptional experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

∙ Managing schedules, correspondence, and day-to-day administrative tasks

∙ Supporting procurement, vendor coordination, and inventory tracking across the three concepts

∙ Handling customer inquiries and ensuring service standards are consistently met

∙ Assisting with reporting, documentation, and basic financial record-keeping

∙ Coordinating between the flower shop, café, and concept store teams to support seamless daily operations

What we’re looking for:

∙ Strong organizational and multitasking skills

∙ Clear written and verbal communication

∙ A proactive, detail-oriented approach to work

∙ Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or a similar fast-paced environment is an advantage

∙ Comfortable working in a dynamic, creative setting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
