Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet customers politely and assist with product selection
• Handle sales transactions, billing, and basic cash counter operations
• Arrange, stock, and display food items neatly (flour, grains, pulses, spices, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the shop, packing area, and storage areas
• Assist in weighing, packing, sealing, and labeling food products
• Ensure proper handling and storage of food items as per hygiene standards
• Monitor stock levels and report low or damaged stock to the supervisor
• Assist in receiving goods and checking quantity and quality
• Support loading and unloading of goods when required
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards as per UAE regulations
• Assist in daily shop opening and closing procedures
• Cooperate with team members and follow instructions from supervisors
• Report any issues related to stock, equipment, or safety immediately

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse, packing, helper, delivery, or retail roles (preferred but not mandatory)
• Malayalam speaking (basic English or Hindi is an advantage)
• Basic reading and writing skills
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
• Physically fit to handle shop and warehouse duties
• Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)
