Port Royale (est. 2006) - Port Royale Marina is our flagship location on Lake Lanier. Offering premier boating, rentals, and full‑service amenities that create an unbeatable on‑the‑water experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure safe operation and proper working condition
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace at all times
• Assist with loading and unloading merchandise safely and efficiently
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to customers in selecting and purchasing products
• Receive incoming shipments, verify accuracy, and stock shelves in an orderly manner
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies as needed
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and operational guidelines
• Carry out instructions and support tasks as directed by supervisors and management
• Maneuver boats using tractors in a safe and controlled manner
• Support technicians during repairs and maintenance tasks
• Load and unload equipment and pallets using a forklift

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide proper documentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., bend, climb, reach overhead, and work in confined spaces.
• Working inside as well as outdoors in all weather conditions. Aspects of position will require working in extreme temperatures and varying weather elements.
• Physical activities include walking, talking, seeing, hearing, reaching, holding, grasping, feeling, stooping, bending, crawling, stretching, lifting, and kneeling.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods is required.
• Ability to use hand tools or other devices to lift, hold and carry materials.
• Understanding of OSHA safety standards and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
• Willingness to learn and properly complete a task.
