Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day shop operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Maintain accurate stock records, manage inventory, and prevent shortages or excess
- Ensure proper display of products and cleanliness of the shop
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage purchase orders and deliveries
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures
- Handle cash management, billing, and basic accounting activities
