Experience Required: Minimum 3–5 years in inventory control (construction/manufacturing industry preferred)
Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials
- Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requests when required
- Conduct routine physical stock audits and reconciliation
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and site teams
- Manage GRN (Goods Received Notes) and issuance records
- Track material usage per project and prepare consumption reports
- Update ERP / Excel inventory sheets daily
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and FIFO methodology
- Identify slow-moving / excess stock and suggest corrective actions
- Prepare monthly inventory reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with HSE and company procedures in warehouse
- Coordinate with suppliers to follow up on material deliveries
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction or manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of inventory management procedures
- Hands-on experience with ERP / MS Excel / Inventory software
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must be currently in UAE (Immediate joiners preferred)
- Forklift license or warehouse experience is an advantage
