Shop Manager - Car Detailing Workshop

Key Responsibilities:

• - Store & Team Management:

- Maintain cleanliness of the store and machines.
- Efficiently allocate tasks to the team.
- Monitor and enhance store-level revenue, walk-in sales, and overall customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements:-
- Minimum 4 years of experience in store management or a related role.
- Proven track record in managing teams and optimizing store operations.
- Strong understanding of customer service and sales strategies.

A manager or supervisor in a car detailing shop typically has the following responsibilities based on job descriptions in search results:

• Team Supervision: Supervising a team of technicians, detailers, and polishers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Operations Management: Overseeing daily operations, managing staff schedules, and ensuring the smooth running of the workshop.
• Quality Control: Conducting final inspections on vehicles after detailing, paint protection film (PPF) application, or repairs to ensure quality standards are met.
• Customer Service: Dealing with customer queries, complaints, and feedback, and ensuring a high standard of customer care.
• Inventory & Stock Management: Keeping track of detailing supplies, equipment, and ordering new stock as needed.
• Training: Staying up-to-date with the latest car detailing techniques and products, and potentially assisting in training staff.
