**Shop Manager – Korean Grocery Store**

Abu Dhabi, UAE (Applicants must be currently residing in Abu Dhabi)

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Shop Manager to oversee daily operations of our Korean grocery store in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate brings a strong grocery retail background and a passion for delivering an excellent customer experience.

**Responsibilities**

- Manage day-to-day store operations including opening/closing procedures

- Lead, schedule, and supervise store staff

- Oversee inventory, stock replenishment, and order management

- Ensure product display, cleanliness, and store standards are maintained

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and build lasting relationships

- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets

- Ensure compliance with UAE food safety and retail regulations

**Requirements**

- Minimum 4 years of solid grocery store experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role

- Currently residing in Abu Dhabi (mandatory)

- Valid UAE driver's license (mandatory)

- Strong leadership and organizational skills

- Familiarity with Asian or Korean grocery products is a strong advantage

- Proficient in inventory and POS systems

- Good command of English; Arabic or Korean language skills are a plus
