Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of machinery with hydraulic and mechanical systems to identify issues promptly.
• Utilize diagnostic tools such as Ohmmeters to measure electrical resistance and troubleshoot electrical components accurately.
• Perform repairs, replacements, and maintenance tasks on engines, hydraulics, and other mechanical parts.
• Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and maintenance schedules to ensure operational continuity.
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize repair tasks and minimize downtime across the facility or fleet.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a mechanic or in a similar hands-on technical role with a strong understanding of mechanical and hydraulic systems.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools including Ohmmeters for electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an energetic approach to tackling complex repairs.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure thorough inspections and precise repairs.
• Ability to work safely in potentially hazardous environments while adhering to all safety regulations.
• Good communication skills for documenting work performed and collaborating with team members.
