SHOP / RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR WITH F&B EXP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction at all times.
  • Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
  • Assist in staff scheduling and manpower allocation.
  • Train new employees on company standards, SOPs, and service procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate major concerns when necessary.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the kitchen and store team for stock requirements.
  • Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.
  • Support management in achieving sales targets and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular checks on cleanliness, equipment condition, and overall restaurant appearance.
  • Prepare daily operational reports and submit updates to management.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are properly implemented.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in restaurant or food service operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and POS systems.
