
SHOP / RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR WITH F&B EXP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction at all times.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
- Assist in staff scheduling and manpower allocation.
- Train new employees on company standards, SOPs, and service procedures.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate major concerns when necessary.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the kitchen and store team for stock requirements.
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.
- Support management in achieving sales targets and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular checks on cleanliness, equipment condition, and overall restaurant appearance.
- Prepare daily operational reports and submit updates to management.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are properly implemented.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in restaurant or food service operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and POS systems.
