Shop staff

We are looking for a Shop Sales Cum Assistant to support daily store operations, assist customers, and help maintain a clean and organized shop environment. The role involves customer service, sales support, stock handling, and basic cashier duties.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and assist them in selecting products.

Explain product features, prices, and offers.

Handle billing, cash, and basic payment transactions.

Arrange shelves and keep products neatly displayed.

Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor when stock is low.

Receive new stock and help with labeling and organizing items.

Keep the shop clean, tidy, and presentable.

Support opening and closing duties of the shop.

Assist with customer questions, complaints, and product exchanges where required.

Requirements

Good communication and customer service skills.

Friendly, responsible, and punctual.

Basic math and cash-handling ability.

Ability to stand for long periods and assist with light lifting.

Previous retail or shop experience is preferred but not essential.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: AED1,400.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
