We are seeking a reliable, highly organized Shop Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations of a single-person shop. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean and efficient workspace, managing inventory, coordinating parts procurement, and supporting field and project teams. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

• Maintain overall shop organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Manage and track inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking materials
• Perform regular inventory counts and ensure accuracy of records
• Coordinate and execute parts runs to vendors and job sites
• Receive deliveries and verify contents against purchase orders
• Stage materials, tools, and equipment for upcoming projects
• Track and maintain shop tools, equipment, and consumables
• Support operations team by ensuring timely availability of materials
• Identify opportunities to improve shop processes and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures

Requirements and Education:

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Basic computer skills (inventory systems, email, spreadsheets)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks regularly
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Preferred Requirements and Education:

• 2-3+ years of experience in a shop, warehouse, or similar role preferred
