Job Title: Store Manager – مدير محل

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, leading the sales team, and achieving store targets.

The Store Manager will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of visual merchandising, staff performance, and overall store profitability.

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure a smooth workflow.

• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.

• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse for stock replenishment.

• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.

• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share them with management.

• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance evaluations.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Requirements – المتطلبات

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail (preferred in fashion, shoes, or accessories).

• Strong leadership and team-management skills.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

• Good knowledge of POS systems and basic computer skills.

• High level of responsibility, professionalism, and customer-focused attitude.

• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).

• Only those who entered Kuwait

•Article 18 residence permit is transferable
