Shopify Account Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Shopify Account Handler to manage and optimize our Shopify store operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Shopify and be capable of handling daily store activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the Shopify store on a daily basis
  • Upload and update products (titles, descriptions, images, pricing)
  • Handle order processing and fulfillment coordination
  • Monitor inventory and update stock levels
  • Manage discounts, promotions, and campaigns
  • Basic customer support (order queries, tracking, complaints)
  • Ensure website is updated, functional, and user-friendly
  • Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns and ads

Requirements

  • Basic to intermediate experience with Shopify
  • Understanding of eCommerce operations
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of product listing and SEO
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Preferred Skills (Plus Points)

  • Experience with Shopify apps and integrations
  • Basic knowledge of Facebook/Google Ads
  • Canva or basic design skills
  • Product research experience

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
