Tuff Jug is a fast-growing, American-made manufacturer of high-performance utility containers and accessories. We are scaling rapidly and need a dedicated expert to own the performance, health, and growth of our Shopify website.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Shopify and CRO Manager who will take full ownership of our Shopify site, product pages, technical performance, SEO, and conversion rate optimization. This role excludes Meta/Google Ads and email marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage all aspects of the Shopify storefront

- Build and update landing pages

- Maintain and optimize site speed and UX

- Troubleshoot theme issues and app conflicts

- Analyze customer behavior and run A/B tests

- Improve PDP layouts and checkout flows

- Conduct keyword research and optimize SEO

- Monitor indexing, schema, and Core Web Vitals

- Maintain GA4/Shopify analytics and CRO dashboards

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years Shopify experience

- Strong theme editing ability

- Proven CRO experience with tools (Hotjar, VWO)

- Strong SEO knowledge

- Strong UX/UI instincts

- Ability to diagnose technical issues

- Strong communication and PM skills
