Job description:

We are looking for a talented Shopify Developer with strong front-end development skills and hands-on experience in customizing, maintaining, and optimizing Shopify stores. The ideal candidate should be proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and WordPress, with a strong understanding of modern web design principles and Shopify Liquid templates.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).

Collaborate with designers to implement responsive, pixel-perfect front-end designs.

Integrate third-party APIs, Shopify apps, and custom plugins as needed.

Optimize site performance, loading speed, and SEO.

Customize WordPress-based landing pages or microsites when required.

Implement modern web practices and maintain cross-browser compatibility.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Work with backend teams or external APIs to ensure seamless data integration.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience developing and maintaining Shopify stores.Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and Liquid.

Hands-on experience with WordPress (themes, templates, and custom front-end development).

Knowledge of Shopify APIs, webhooks, and Shopify Plus is a plus.

Familiarity with version control (Git) and development best practices.

Understanding of responsive design, UI/UX principles, and cross-browser compatibility.

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
