Shopify Dispatch Officer

• Order Processing
• Dispatch Coordination
• Verify stock availability for ordered products before dispatch.
• Generate and print labels using Shopify integrations or third-party tools.
• Order Tracking
• Address customer queries regarding delivery status, tracking, or delays.
• Manage the process for returns and exchanges, including restocking and updating order statuses in Shopify.

Preferred Qualifications:

• bachelor degree and 2 year experience in an shopify dispatch, or related position
• Only Male

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
