Position: Logistics & Follow-up Executive

About the Role:
Dermaclust is seeking a responsible and organized Logistics & Follow-up Executive to ensure smooth coordination between courier services and customers for timely and accurate parcel deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with courier companies to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of parcels.
• Follow up with customers regarding their deliveries and resolve related queries.
• Maintain daily records of dispatched and delivered parcels.
• Address delivery issues such as delays, returns, or misrouted shipments.
• Work closely with the booking manager and call center representatives for seamless operations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing regular delivery updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or Intermediate with relevant experience.
• Prior experience in logistics, courier handling, or customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.

Salary Package: Competitive (based on experience)
