About the Role:
Dermaclust is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Booking Manager to oversee and manage parcel booking operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth and efficient booking processes while supervising the call center representatives handling parcel bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor daily parcel booking operations.
• Supervise and guide call center representatives in handling bookings.
• Coordinate with courier partners to ensure timely dispatch of parcels.
• Maintain accurate records of all bookings and deliveries.
• Resolve booking-related queries and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree
• Prior experience in booking, logistics, or call center management is an advantage.
