IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Help maintain KPIs (MTTR, MTTP, CHI, Installation Quality), Achieve conversion Targets to increase FF base & help in complaints reduction (registration, repeated, denied complaints) by addressing core issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that Installations, Services KPIs and revenue targets of assigned territory are achieved. Monitor Timely rectification of Customer issue with Achievement of KPIs. (MTTR, MTTP, CHI, Quality of Installation).
• Planning of network optimization, expansion, and rehabilitation.
• Network Maintenance, CHI Increment, Improvement in Motive Stability of Network.
• Coordination with stakeholders to ensure seamless services to customers
• Ensure accurate data updation of all network elements

Qualification:

• BE or B.Sc./BS (Electrical/Electronics/Telecom/IT) or MBA (IT) from recognized university

Technical Competencies

• Service Standard Implementation
• Customer Relationship Management
• Quality and Complaint Management
• Field operations, Knowledge of Telecommunications networks
