IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Help in business continuity in Faisalabad Region as this critical business position is responsible for GPON FIber access Ops & maintenance of PCX & allied areas with high revenue/commercial hub of Faisalabad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage & resolve the critical Issues/faults of Fiber Access / GPON Network.
• Provision of effective Level-2 and Level-3 support for GPON OLTs and NMS/EMS system
• Initiate and implement contingency plans in case of optical fiber system failure and optical fiber cable cuts
• Track FF CHI on daily basis and improvement & regularly update and maintain data hierarchy of GPON Network
• Conduct OLT / FDH audit on weekly basis for network health improvement & conduct PMR cycle for GPON OLTs.
• Improvement in network restoration time. Manage & resolve complex network faults & Efficient utilization of available spares / stores and its timely forecast for procurement.

Qualification:

• B.Sc. (Engineering) in Electrical / Electronics / Communication/Power or B. Tech (Hons) in Electrical / Electronics / Communication

Technical Competencies

• FIBER operations & Telecommunication Knowledge
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Power Point, Databases.
