About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Manager – Fiber Operations to lead the operations and maintenance of our critical fiber network infrastructure. If you're ready to take ownership of GPON, Metro, and Carrier Networks with a focus on resilience, expansion, and quality service delivery, this is the opportunity for you.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Oversee O&M of GPON, Metro, Carrier & Metro Access networks
Lead rehabilitation/upgradation of OFC infrastructure
Develop contingency plans for emergency rerouting
Ensure ring completion to reduce network outages
Manage low power issues to enhance CHI performance
Arrange fiber pairs for corporate, Ufone, transport, and carrier clients
Coordinate with government authorities for network protection
Prepare & submit p-deposit bills for damaged routes
Oversee aerial fiber replacement to prevent cable cuts
Prepare detailed PMR, cut, and analysis reports
Perform preventive maintenance and repair activities (PMR)
Update GIS/KMZ files for all routes and expansions
Monitor & replenish inventory/tools for network reliability
Improve SQIs by closing audit observations and rehabilitating the network
Conduct PAT of new NEs before handover
Lead training & SOP implementation for field teams
