Assistant Lead O&M

Purpose Summary

Monitor plant operations & maintenance, ensuring WTG health is maintained and energy data is recorded.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee monitoring of daily electricity production & WTG and EBOP SCADA system, discussing issues with the team & the contractor
• Ensure all O&M data is accurately recorded & Asset Management Software is functioning efficiently
• Prepare monthly reports & analyses, reporting average wind data speed, air density data sheet, energy production, NPMV etc. On the basis of benchmarks to identify the achievable energy production and submitting to the team for further review
• Review EPA, O&M and Operating Procedure documents, ensuring operations as per agreements
• Conduct quality inspections & health checkups, monitoring aspects such as temperature, hydraulic fluid & heat sensors, checking for damage & ensuring damaged parts are replaced promptly
• Initiate invoicing on the basis of meter readings & NPE’s (Non-Project Event), ensuring data accuracy and availability
• Coordinate with the Contractor, Regulatory Authorities & Owner’s Engineer, assessing plant operations and ensuring all agreement terms & requirements are met
• Utilize forecasting measures to analyze & reduce downtime loss, providing comments to team & contractor
• Participate in scheduled & unscheduled maintenance activities conducted by the contractor, ensuring activities are conducted as per contractual obligations and schedule
• Conduct regular O&M analyses providing recommendations for streamlining of internal departmental procedures
• Communicate with the Head Office Engineering team, submitting all reports, reporting Site information, updates and issues promptly and collaborating on problem solving and decision making
• Any other task assigned by Site Technical Manager

Experience: Minimum 3 years in power sector (wind)

Education: B.E/M.E (Electrical or Mechanical Engineering)

Job Location: SITE, Nooriabad.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs95,000.00 per month
