Electrical Project Engineer

Job description:

• Design, develop, and test electrical systems, LT switch gear monitoring, single line diagrams, products, and components.
• Create technical drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software.
• Conduct feasibility studies and prepare cost estimates for new and existing projects.
• Ensure compliance with national and international safety standards and regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical malfunctions, performing root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineers, project managers, and technicians.
• Oversee installation and commissioning of electrical systems on-site.
• Support the maintenance team with technical expertise and training as needed.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (required).
• Certified Electrical Engineer is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the MEP sector (mandatory).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with project management software and methodologies.
