Dennison Fashion India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Shopify E-commerce Specialist to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about e-commerce, marketplaces, and delivering great online shopping experiences, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain our Shopify store (product uploads, collections, pricing, promotions).
• Handle Marketplace and D2C Channels cataloging and ensure smooth listing management.
• Generate and maintain inventory reports and sales reports across channels.
• Oversee and support the customer service team for D2C orders.
• Optimize website performance, navigation, and user experience.
• Implement apps, integrations, and customizations within Shopify.
• Monitor and update inventory, product descriptions, images, and SEO-friendly content.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with developers/agencies.
• Collaborate with marketing team for campaigns, discounts, and offers.
• Track and analyze store performance (traffic, sales, conversion, abandoned carts, etc.).
• Stay updated with Shopify trends, features, and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Shopify Specialist, E-commerce Executive, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Shopify platform, themes, and apps.
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing basics.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or Liquid (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of order management systems & third-party integrations.
