With a strong e commerce presence across multiple regions, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail oriented Shopify Executive to manage and optimize our Shopify operations worldwide.

Role Overview:

The Shopify Executive will be responsible for managing day to day operations of GK Hair’s Shopify stores across multiple international markets. This role involves end-to-end order processing, product listing, stock management, promotions, ERP integration, and troubleshooting across third-party logistics partners (3PLs). The candidate must be highly organized, technically sound in Shopify, and able to collaborate with internal teams and global warehouses to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Shopify Store & Product Management

• Process daily orders across all Shopify locations.
• Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, collections, promotions, and discounts. Manage the entire product lifecycle on Shopify: create accurate and compelling listings, optimizing collections, setting pricing, implementing promotions/discounts.
• Optimize product visibility using customizer tools and promotional apps.
• Upload and maintain product images (formatting, compression, resizing).
• Monitor customer reviews and manage through apps like to maintain brand reputation.
• Update sales and consumption reports across regions.

2. Inventory & Warehouse Coordination

• Oversee stock availability across 3PL warehouses (USA, Australia, UK, Europe, UAE, KSA, Canada) to prevent stock outs and overselling.
• Process manual orders in case of stock sync failures across partners such as Flex port, Locad, Emmjay, Parcel Ship, CSS, WAPI, and E-Shipper+.
• Manage and update warehouse kits and VTB sheets for accurate stock tracking.
• Ensure multi-currency and regional pricing updates (Europe, France, etc.).

3. ERP & Reporting

• Maintain product visibility and process orders in ERP to ensure data integrity for orders and products
• Manage VTB orders, coupons, and distributor/salon promotions.
• Verify Shopify invoices from WAPI, Parcel Ship, CSS, Amz Prep, FedEx, UPS, and other major carriers.
• Generate and share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

4. Order Processing & Troubleshooting

• Identify and resolve order/address-related issues across regions in collaboration with customer service and warehouse teams
• Manage draft/replacement orders.
• Support new sales channels, including optimizing and managing TikTok Shop order processing and catalog updates.
• Coordinate with Customer Service (CS) teams to handle sales queries globally.

5. Promotions & Campaigns

• Work with the marketing team to execute campaigns, flash sales, and seasonal promotions using tools like Selly App.
• Ensure all catalog and pricing updates are accurate and on time to support marketing initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, E-Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field.
• More than 3 years of proven experience managing Shopify (multi-store/global experience)
• Strong knowledge of Shopify apps, ERP systems, and 3PL integrations.
• Analytical mindset with expertise in reporting, inventory control, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and ability to handle large data sets.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
