Shopify Expert (E-Commerce Website Management & Optimization)

About Us

We are a growing baby product brand currently selling across multiple Amazon marketplaces (US, UK, CA, AU, DE, IT).

We are now expanding our Shopify direct-to-consumer (D2C) presence and are looking for a Shopify Expert to build, manage, and optimize our online stores.

Responsibilities

• Build, customize, and maintain multiple Shopify stores.
• Create product pages using brand assets, images, and engaging layouts.
• Customize Shopify themes using HTML, CSS, Liquid, and basic JavaScript.
• Implement user-friendly navigation and ensure full mobile responsiveness.
• Optimize store speed, structure, and conversion rates.
• Install and configure essential Shopify apps (reviews, email, tracking, upsell, etc.).
• Integrate marketing tools like Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel.
• Manage promotional offers, discount codes, and bundle setups.
• Optimize on-page SEO (titles, descriptions, schema, tags).
• Monitor website performance, sales trends, and conversions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience working on Shopify (setup, customization, and optimization).
• Familiar with Shopify and Amazon integration
• Solid understanding of Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Shopify themes, product uploads, and store maintenance.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
• Experience with Shopify apps and integrations.
• Understanding of inventory and order management.
• Detail-oriented with good communication and time management skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in baby products, apparel, or lifestyle brands.
• Experience running Shopify campaigns and email automations (Klaviyo preferred).
