Shopify Expert (Night Shift – Full Time)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Shopify Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in building, customizing, and optimizing Shopify stores using Shopify’s latest standards, Theme Development, and Liquid. This role requires strong technical ability, a keen eye for UI/UX, and the capability to translate designs into high-performing eCommerce pages.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify stores using Shopify Liquid, Online Store 2.0, and Shopify theme customization.
• Build new user-facing features with high-quality, scalable Shopify code.
• Convert Figma/Adobe XD/UI layouts into fully functional Shopify pages.
• Implement responsive design and ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
• Optimize website performance, speed, and user experience.
• Set up products, collections, metafields, filters, and dynamic content.
• Manage app integrations, third-party APIs, payment gateways, and Shopify apps.
• Troubleshoot front-end and layout issues in existing Shopify stores.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality outputs.

Requirements (Mandatory)

• Atleast 2–3 years of professional Shopify development experience.
• Strong command over Shopify Liquid, theme structure, and Online Store 2.0.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery.
• Strong understanding of Shopify sections, templates, metafields, and dynamic content.
• Experience in building responsive and mobile-first eCommerce layouts.
• Knowledge of Shopify’s performance optimization and speed best practices.
• Ability to learn new tools, apps, and technologies quickly.
• Strong attention to detail, UI/UX alignment, and page-level accuracy.

Nice to Have

• Experience with apps like Klaviyo, PageFly, Gempages, Recharge, Bold, etc.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, and custom integrations.
• Experience with Shopify Hydrogen or headless eCommerce (bonus).
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Tailwind).
• Experience with Git or similar version control systems.
• Basic understanding of PHP or other back-end technologies (optional).
