Classic Auto Air is seeking a full-time, in-house Shopify Web Developer to lead an our transition to a modern, forward thinking, ecommerce channel that is scalable while elevating the user experience. The ability to connect engaging design with measurable sales results are essential. Proven understanding of SEO, attribution, and automation is critical. This role would be responsible for Classic Auto Air and its sister brands.

The ideal candidate thrives on problem-solving, optimize for SEO and AI, write custom code to go beyond plugins, and is motivated by great design. You must be proactive, a self-starter, bring informed suggestions, and can collaborate seamlessly within a small marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will shape site architecture, performance, and security.

Automotive industry background a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain Classic Auto Air and sister brand websites on Shopify
  • Build responsive, forward thinking, responsive user experiences
  • Write custom code where needed, while leveraging plugins and AI appropriately
  • Create and optimize complex product configurators
  • Develop and maintain customer history, user preferences, and other databases
  • Implement UTMs for campaign, email blasts, and affiliate attribution
  • Configure flows and automations (abandoned carts, pop-ups, event triggers, etc.)
  • Ensure scalability, security, and performance optimization
  • Develop and integrate APIs, databases, and third-party tools
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain clean, well-documented code
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to balance business goals and design
  • Collaborate and understand feedback with professionalism

Qualifications

  • Robust web development experience in Shopify, including custom themes, plugins, integrations, and third-party tools
  • Strong understanding of SEO, attribution, and automation
  • Experience with affiliate programs
  • Experience with email blasting
  • Experience integrating social media campaigns and endeavors
  • Strong understanding of modern UI/UX design and the customer journey
  • Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Figma for mockups and prototypes
  • Working knowledge of ERP integration

Annual Salary:

  • $100,000

Job Type: Full-time
