Innovex Agency is seeking a highly creative and trend-focused Short-Form Video Creator to join our on-site team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for filming and editing engaging short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) tailored for Innovex Agency’s clients across industries such as luxury, lifestyle, fashion, perfumes, real estate, restaurants, and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Film and edit high-quality short-form videos using a smartphone and editing apps.
• Develop creative video concepts in collaboration with the creative team and clients.
• Shoot content on location (clients’ premises, events, or studios) as required.
• Stay on top of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts trends, applying them creatively to client projects.
• Optimize videos with captions, hooks, overlays, and platform-specific best practices.
• Direct models, influencers, or client representatives when needed.
• Ensure all videos are aligned with each client’s brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining quality and creativity.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Short-Form Video Creator (portfolio or social media samples required).
• Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts content.
• Proficiency in mobile video shooting and editing apps (CapCut, VN, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, etc.).
• Creativity, storytelling ability, and a strong visual sense.
• Ability to adapt content style across various industries.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Must be based in Dubai and available on-site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
