Short-Form Video Editor (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)

ABOUT US

We’re a social media marketing agency that creates short-form content for:

• coffee shops
• restaurants
• real estate brands
• lifestyle creators
• local businesses

We shoot 1–2x/month for each client, and our editors receive a consistent monthly workload.
We value clean storytelling, clean captions, and fast turnaround.

This is NOT a one-off gig — we’re looking for a future lead editor.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We need editors who are:

• Strong with pacing + storytelling
• Great at clean caption styles
• Skilled at punch-ins, speed ramps, captions, beat matching, cuts
• Comfortable working with 9:16 short-form
• Able to match provided brand styles (coffee, real estate, lifestyle)
• Reliable and consistent
• Able to complete videos within 48 hours
• Comfortable working with monthly volume (40–60 videos)

If you’ve edited for creators, brands, or agencies before — huge bonus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Edit short-form videos (15–60 seconds)
• Add clean captions (we provide brand fonts/styles)
• Create smooth pacing + punch-ins
• Use trending audio (we provide)
• Follow our SOPs for template styles
• Upload final videos to Frame
• Collaborate with our editing lead for feedback
• Maintain consistent quality across all clients

COMPENSATION

• $15–$35 per video depending on experience and test edit
• Paid monthly
• Long-term role with potential to increase monthly volume
• We reward reliability + consistent turnaround time

Confirm your typical turnaround time (must be 48 hours)

OPTIONAL BUT A BONUS

Include:

• 2–3 clients you’ve edited for
• Any work in coffee / food / real estate niches
• Any agency experience

NEXT STEPS

We’ll send a paid test video (15–25 seconds) with:

• raw footage
• an example reference
• caption style guide

If you pass the test → we start your 30-day trial month with consistent work.

Pay: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour
