You know that feeling when you're watching a Reel, and you can tell, three seconds in, that whoever made it gets it? We're looking for the person behind that video.

MATOH is a media company producing short-form content for automotive, lifestyle/clothing, and medical brands across LA. Our videos live on TikTok, Reels, and Shorts, and they're built to earn attention.

What You'll Own

• The visual side of every shoot. We hand you the script; you plan all the visual angles, the shots, and how it comes to life on camera
• Production days on location: dealerships, product shoots, content around LA
• Talent direction. You keep people comfortable on camera and keep the day moving

Who Does Well Here

• clean handheld work, solid audio, comfortable run-and-gun
• You're on TikTok and Reels because you love it, not because a job made you. You have opinions about why videos work, and you help pitch ideas
• You show up prepared. You read the script and already see the video in your head
• You can juggle multiple brands, hit deadlines, and adapt when the day changes
• You have reliable transportation and weekday availability around LA

Who This Isn't For

If you're just here to point the camera, press record, and head home, this will frustrate you. We move fast, and everyone carries their weight. If that sounds exhausting, no worries. If it sounds like the job you've been looking for, that's great!

Where This Goes

This isn't a company where good work disappears into a hierarchy. If you love this and it shows in your footage, we'll see it, and the role grows into Creative Director / Videographer: managing content across our brands, reviewing footage and giving creative notes, and having real input into the creative direction and where the company goes next. We're growing, and we'd rather promote the person who grew with us than hire above them.
