Short-Form Video QA & Content Extractor (Reels / TikTok / YouTube Shorts)

We run a fast-paced video editing agency working with international clients (mostly short-form content like Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).

We’re hiring someone who can review videos, fix captions with high accuracy, and identify strong clip moments from podcasts and long-form content.

This is NOT a basic proofreading job.
You must understand content, attention, and structure.

Key Responsibilities1. Video QA & Proofreading (Primary)

• Review final edited videos frame by frame
• Check captions for spelling, grammar, and meaning accuracy
• Ensure subtitles match tone and context
• Identify timing issues, lag, or visual mismatch

2. Clip Extraction (Very Important)

• Watch long-form content (podcasts, interviews)
• Identify high-retention moments
• Extract clips with:
• Strong hook (first 1–2 seconds)
• Clear value
• Clean ending

3. Support Tasks (Secondary)

• Upload and schedule content on social platforms
• Use AI tools if required (training will be provided)
• Assist with content organization and workflow

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of short-form content (Reels/TikTok/Shorts)
• Ability to identify what makes a clip engaging
• Excellent English comprehension (not just grammar, but meaning)
• High attention to detail (you notice small mistakes others miss)
• Basic familiarity with video editing (Premiere Pro or similar is a plus)

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
