Summary
Drive the success of our transportation network by safely and efficiently moving product where it needs to be. As a Short Haul Driver, you will operate a tractor-trailer on assigned routes between company facilities, customers, and distribution locations, supporting both drop-and-hook and live load/unload operations. You will ensure full compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards while representing the Perdue Farms brand with professionalism and reliability. This role is ideal for a dependable, safety-focused driver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, adapts to changing routes and schedules, and takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality service.
This position has a target wage of $31.50 per hour, based on shift, experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance). Overtime may be available.
