The Pakistan@100 Multi-Donor Trust Fund (MDTF), managed by the World Bank, serves as a strategic and transformative platform through which Development Partners (DPs) collaborate to support Pakistan's development goals and economic growth. Guided by the World Bank's Country Partnership Framework (CPF) for Pakistan - a ten-year roadmap to address the country’s most acute development challenges - the MDTF is positioned to support Pakistan’s transformation to a higher growth path that is inclusive, resilient, and sustainable. Established in January 2020 to support Pakistan’s centennial vision of becoming a strong upper-middle-income country by 2047, the MDTF is a catalyst for stronger, more effective, and collaborative partnerships.


As part of its knowledge and reporting functions, the MDTF produces Semi-Annual Progress Reports and various presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders. To enhance the visual quality and impact of these materials, the MDTF seeks the services of a skilled senior Graphic Designer.


2.Objective :

To provide high-quality graphic design support for the layout, formatting, and visual enhancement of the MDTF’s Semi-annual Progress Reports and presentation decks.


3 Scope of Work:


• Designing and formatting the Semi-Annual Progress Reports, ensuring alignment with the MDTF’s branding and visual identity, including post editing requirements if any.

• Adhering to World Bank Group branding and accessibility standards.

• Creating PowerPoint presentations and visual assets for internal briefings, donor updates, and public dissemination.

• Producing short, basic animation clips (e.g., animated logos, data transitions, simple explainer graphics) for presentations, social media, or video summaries; designing smooth visual transitions for video content or dynamic presentations.

• Develop original illustrations (both vector and raster) for reports, presentations, and social media, tailored to complex concepts or narratives.

• Developing infographics, charts, and data visualizations to communicate key findings and progress – particularly on MDTF financials.

• Design interactive digital assets (e.g., clickable infographics, web banners, micro-sites) for web and mobile platforms, ensuring responsiveness and accessibility.

• Ensuring consistency in fonts, colors, layout, and overall design across all materials.

• Coordinating with the MDTF team to incorporate feedback and finalize deliverables.

• Preparing print-ready and web-optimized versions of all materials.

• Organize and manage a centralized repository of design files, logos, icons, and other visual assets for easy access by the MDTF team.


4. Deliverables


• 2 fully designed and formatted Semi-Annual Progress Reports (editable and PDF versions).

• A set of PowerPoint templates and presentation decks (approx. 3–5 decks).

• A library of custom icons, infographics, and visual elements for reuse.

• Final source files (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, PowerPoint) for all deliverables.


5. Qualifications & Skills

• Master’s degree or equivalent, and a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Proven experience in graphic design, particularly in report and publication layout.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), MS PowerPoint and CorelDRAW.

• Strong portfolio demonstrates relevant work with strong creativity and design sense to produce visually compelling materials.

• Experience working with development organizations or donor-funded projects is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements.

• Professionalism and reliability in delivering outputs, with the ability to work independently.


6. Project Timeline and Milestones

• The engagement will run from October 2026 to June 2026. Key milestones include:

o Semi-Annual Progress Report 2: Draft by November 2025, Final by January 2025.

o Semi-Annual Progress Report 2: Draft by May 2026, Final by June 2026.

o PowerPoint templates and initial presentation decks: Delivered by November 2025.

o Initial set of custom icons and infographics: Delivered by December 2025; ongoing updates as needed.

o Ad-hoc materials: Delivered as requested, with mutually agreed turnaround times.

• Specific deadlines for each deliverable will be agreed upon at the start of the engagement and refined as needed.


7. Reporting

The consultant will report to and work under the supervision of Eva Liselotte Lescrauwaet, CMU Senior Operations Officer and Mariam Sara Altaf, Senior EXT Officer, working closely with the Pakistan@100 MDTF secretariat.
