Short-Term Rental Quality Inspector (Runner)

Chickadee Cleans is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Runner (Quality Inspector) to protect our brand standards across short-term rental properties in Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Tempe.

This is a trust-sensitive position. Runners are responsible for post-clean inspections, staging verification, supply restocking, and reporting issues before guest check-in.

We specialize in Airbnb and vacation rental turnovers and pride ourselves on professionalism, consistency, and accountability. If you are organized, punctual, and comfortable working independently, this role may be a strong fit.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct post-clean inspections at short-term rental properties
• Verify checklist completion and staging accuracy
• Take clear, detailed photos and submit inspection reports
• Identify and report missed items or maintenance concerns immediately
• Restock light supplies as needed
• Run occasional light errands between properties
• Communicate clearly through our scheduling and reporting systems

Typical schedule varies between 9am – 5pm depending on turnovers.

• Experience in short-term rentals, hotel inspections, or property management
• Familiarity with Airbnb staging standards
