SHORT-TERM SENIOR PRESENTATION DESIGNER

Location: Stamford, CT (onsite 3 days per week)

Hours: 40 hours per week
Compensation Range: 45-55/hour

Cella is seeking a high-level Senior Presentation Designer for a strategic 1-2 month contract to support the onboarding of new Senior Leadership members. This isn't just about "making slides look pretty"; we need a visual storyteller who can work directly with C-suite and Senior Team members to translate complex business strategies into high-impact, boardroom-ready presentations.

You will act as a seamless extension of the Senior Team's workflow, helping them refine their messaging and visual presence during this critical transition period. You should be comfortable pivoting between high-level conceptualizing and rapid-fire technical execution.

Responsibilities:

• Executive Partnership: Work 1-on-1 with Senior Leaders to extract their vision and translate it into a cohesive slide narrative.
• Boardroom-Level Design: Create sophisticated, high-stakes PPT decks that adhere to (or elevate) brand standards.
• Data Visualization: Transform complex data sets and abstract business concepts into clear, digestible, and persuasive visuals.
• Workflow Integration: Adapt quickly to the specific working styles of different executives, providing proactive design support under tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

• The "Senior" Factor: Extensive experience designing for C-Suite, Board of Directors, or large-scale keynote events.
• Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (including advanced animations, master templates, and morph transitions). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to "consult" on the flow and logic of a presentation, not just the aesthetics.
• Proximity: Must be local or semi-local to Stamford, CT to facilitate direct, real-time collaboration with the team.
