Shorts/Reel Creator

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Shorts/Reel Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for content creation, social media trends, and storytelling through short-form video. This role focuses on producing engaging reels/shorts, basic video editing, and simple graphic design for social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form video content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikToks, etc.).
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, sounds, and formats to create viral-worthy content.
• Edit videos with captions, transitions, effects, and background music for maximum engagement.
• Create simple, eye-catching graphics and thumbnails to support content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand voice and campaigns.
• Manage and organize video content for easy access and reuse.
• Optimize videos for various social media platforms to increase reach and engagement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in content creation and short-form video editing.
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).
• Familiarity with simple graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
• Creativity, storytelling ability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and deliver content within deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Experience in photography/videography.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
