Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and creative Lead Gen and Video Expert to join our growing team. This role goes beyond managing ads—you’ll be responsible for creating compelling content, designing visuals, editing videos, and overseeing our digital channels to attract and convert qualified leads. If you have the skills to combine strategy with execution, this position offers an exciting opportunity to make a measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other platforms.
• Design and publish engaging graphics, posts, and short-form videos tailored for social media.
• Manage CRM tools to ensure leads are properly tracked, nurtured, and followed up.
• Build and implement lead generation strategies to convert prospects into sales opportunities.
• Analyze campaign data, prepare reports, and recommend improvements for stronger ROI.
• Keep up with digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and industry updates to refine strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in digital marketing and lead generation (internships or freelance work not counted).
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media campaign management.
• Hands-on skills with design and editing platforms (Canva, Photoshop, and video editing tools).
• Ability to quickly understand products, industry, and customer behavior to generate relevant leads.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
