Job Purpose:

We are seeking a data-driven and creative Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The role focuses on driving measurable ROI, customer acquisition, and sales growth for our luxury fragrance and beauty brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze performance marketing KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and customer acquisition cost.
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Develop and implement retargeting and remarketing strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Work closely with the creative team to design ad creatives that align with luxury brand aesthetics.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights, trends, and optimization strategies.
  • Research and implement new tools, channels, and growth opportunities for performance campaigns.
  • Track and manage ad budgets effectively to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to ensure campaign objectives align with overall sales goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest platform updates, digital trends, and competitors’ strategies in the beauty/fragrance industry.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in e-commerce, beauty, or luxury products.
  • Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, conversion tracking, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making.
  • Passion for the fragrance and beauty industry is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
