SEO Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing SEO strategies that improve organic search rankings, drive qualified traffic, and increase online visibility. This role requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and a passion for data-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute successful SEO strategies across all digital properties
• Perform in-depth keyword research to guide content and strategy
• Conduct on-page and off-page SEO audits and implement best practices
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
• Identify and implement technical SEO improvements (site speed, mobile usability, crawl errors, structured data, etc.)
• Collaborate with content writers, developers, and marketing team members to support SEO objectives
• Build backlinks through outreach and digital PR efforts
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry news

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
• Experience with website platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, or custom CMS)
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience working with development teams
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
