Marketing & Media Executive

We are a dynamic real estate company based in Dubai, focused on residential and off-plan properties. We are looking for a motivated, multi-talented Marketing & Media Executive to take ownership of our digital presence and content creation. This is an exciting, hybrid role for someone who enjoys both strategy and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update company website and property pages
• Plan and execute social media campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Run paid ads on social media and Google platforms
• Shoot professional photos & videos of agents, listings, and events
• Create video reels, agent profiles, and promotional materials
• Monitor performance and insights across platforms
• Basic graphic design for posts, ads, and internal branding

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or content creation
• Strong skills in photography, videography, and editing
• Excellent content writing skills in English
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or CapCut
• Good understanding of social media trends and ad platforms
• Creative mindset and ability to work independently
• Basic knowledge of website maintenance
• Must have own camera and basic equipment
• Based in Dubai and ready to travel within the city for shoots
