Shovel operator

PFC is currently seeking a skilled and reliable Shovel Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience operating shovel/heavy equipment within the UAE and be capable of managing site activities safely, efficiently, and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the shovel/loader safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload materials as required on-site.
• Conduct daily equipment checks and report any mechanical issues.
• Follow all safety procedures and site operational guidelines.
• Coordinate with supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain the machine and ensure timely servicing.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a shovel operator.
• Valid license/certification for operating heavy equipment.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and site rules.
• Ability to work under various site conditions.
• Physically fit and reliable.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in construction, mining, or heavy equipment operations.
• Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
