Shovel Operator – Ready Mix Company

We are seeking an experienced Shovel Operator for handling aggregates and raw materials at our Ready Mix Concrete batching plant.

Responsibilities:

• Operate shovel / wheel loader safely for loading aggregates and raw materials
• Ensure proper feeding of materials into batching plant bins
• Maintain stockyard cleanliness and proper material segregation
• Perform daily equipment inspection and basic maintenance checks
• Follow safety procedures and plant operational guidelines
• Coordinate with batching plant operator and supervisor
• Minimize material wastage and spillage
• Report equipment defects or safety issues immediately

Requirements:

• Valid UAE Heavy Equipment Operator License
• Good knowledge of aggregate handling and plant operations
• Safety-conscious with ability to follow instructions
• Physically fit and reliable
• Immediate joiners preferred
