A valid California Real Estate License is required.

Responsibilities

• Successfully complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
• Collaborate with sales agents to escort clients to property showings
• Deliver comprehensive, written feedback to help confirm or adjust clients’ home search preferences
• ✍️ Draft and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients
• Dedicate at least 10 hours weekly to lead generation activities
• Engage in weekly script practice sessions following team guidelines
• Actively participate in team events and activities as required
• Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
